I put on an old jacket on a gibraltar (I agree it sounds horrible XD) instead of rubber, it sounds much quieter. I think that Kevlar will not change much, although it probably depends on how to pull it.

If it is quiet for the neighbors below, then Kevlar by 10-20 percent will only help.
They will hear any rubber well and will be able to appreciate your pitch and evenness.
