I play normally, neat and not aggressive. Wooden sticks withstand long enough, 3-4 months.

I've been playing with "karbostikami" for about 3 years, probably. =) They just hold on like steel or stone) You just got married. I recommend buying "Vic Firth Titan".

maybe a marriage, but both times broke in the same places, this is alarming :) Vic Firth Titan cost 5 times more than Carbostick, most likely, simply because of the promotion of the brand. I don’t think that the production process is very different between the Americans and the Germans, but the result, I’m afraid, will be the same. If I only played jazz, I would have lived with wooden ones for 3 years, but I still play rock :) I think to try Ahead, they are cheaper than Titan, plus they sell replaceable polyurethane bushings

the very first batches of karbostyk were normal) it was somewhere in 2010) then there was a continuous marriage after which the company was dismissed)) besides this consignment it grabs) the tree is better)

a few years ago I played with carbostics, I don't remember which company already. They are very well suited for heavy music, they are heavy, very dynamic. Broke down after a year of use - wetted at full steam and very often. The stick in the leading hand broke =) Inside the sticks are hollow, and just inside I observed the carelessness of execution, and in short, when casting into a mold, air bubbles remain inside the plastic in some places, that's just these bubbles and are the Achilles heel of the carbons. this bubbling inside the stick is especially visible. However, even despite such shortcomings, I would give these sticks 5 out of 5. Now I play with oak sticks - they are erased twice as slowly as standard sticks from American hickory.

I also tried to play like that, the same breakdown occurred on the fifth blow to the small one. I decided to glue other tips on both sticks (removed from the broken ones). The next day I started playing and a minute later I split the same stick, but this time on the dome of the ride.

Cotans, why doesn't the tree suit you? I play exclusively with wood, even without the "latex" tips - everything rings and sings ...

as they say, we live in the age of space technology, manufacturers promise strength and durability several times higher. That is why we try different sticks. Wooden sticks are also made by a bunch of manufacturers, you can praise Vic Firth all your life, and then try Pro-Mark and suddenly realize that they are better (purely subjective opinion). And someone did not hold anything better than Tempo curves in their hands :)
