The frenzied hum of the new snare drum

The people, in fact, got their little one. I put Evans HD on it (up), left the bottom with my own, because the new one has not come yet. Changed the snare (Puresound Blaster). I have consulted with my friends, but I would like to mix it up here too.

Question: how to get rid of overtones? The hum is just crazy :(

    At first, its infusion is normal. If the sustain is long and unpleasant, then the layers do not build together.

    There is an electronic tuner (at least in the form of an application?)

    When the heads are tuned in the same way, they will have maximum sustain, since they resonate perfectly with each other, the vibrations of both heads do not extinguish each other. Well, if the heads are not tuned in the same way, then one will dampen the sustain of the other due to the difference in vibrations, and the sustain will be shorter.

    Maybe I'm wrong, and I don't understand something, due to not so much experience as yours?

    I have the same small, genera top, ambassador bottom, no hum, on the contrary, the sound is a little muffled. So most likely it's a matter of customization.
