Good afternoon! I choose a drum kit as a gift. I want something not sky-high expensive. I looked at this: Hitman HD-3 Is there any feedback on it or on the Hitman company?

I know I can be pelted with poop for speaking ill of their beloved Medeli or Alesis, but believe me, dear, you can take from electronic (and at the same time enjoy the game) exclusively Roland and Yamaha. Which model is not particularly important. Considering that "inexpensive" implies using purely as a hobby, a double pedal for a bass drum is unlikely to be required, so you can even take a Roland TD-1 or TD-4. But something more or less worthwhile starts with TD-11. And Yamaha has a minimum DTX450 (by the way, as far as I remember, from budget options, only it comes with a pedal for a bass drum. Not much, but it will do for a start).
