Colleagues, help with advice. Who warms up before concerts? Maybe there are some special techniques for warming up the muscles? Or just pounding rudiments on the pad for a while?

Kaneshn on the pad)) The ideal option is to play the drums during a sound check. But prof. groups performing solo. It won't ride on a hodgepodge.

there is a secret ..... about hodgepodge))))
check first ..... and played the drums and rebuilt them)

checking last and performing first is an ideal option (for me) ..... I put on drums as it is more convenient for me, check as much as I like and the warm-up is gorgeous)

it is very important to stretch the small muscles of the arms. The big ones don't really need it. And exercises like Rlrr llrr Lrll rrll, plus variations of didlovy rudiments and so on, warm up the muscles very cool. They need to be played with the same sound, no accents and a large amplitude. After 5 minutes, pleasant sensations in the muscles will come and, in principle, this will help your hands feel better)
