Good day!
There is a desire to practice on a real hi-hat at home (in an apartment).
There is a hat:))
Looked after for these purposes:
Sonor HH100 and
Evans SO14HAT.
I have often heard that the budget hard from Sonor is, to put it mildly, "not very". I haven't encountered it myself yet.
I would like to know:
Is it worth taking this (new) rack if only I will (carefully!) use it? Or will it fall apart anyway?
Does this Evans thing jam the sound normally?
Does the rebound change much? ((Or do you need to play on a surface that will not be covered by this piece of rubber?)
Thanks!

If there is a second piece and put it on the bottom one, then approx. If not, then Bottom will hum

2 pieces should be anyway)
I have a set of Tamov plugs.
In fact, a convenient thing, although the feeling is certainly lost.
But as a compromise, a good choice!

I have this thing from Evans, there was only one on the top

Xs, I have had such a stand for five years, everything is native, everything works.

The most ideal option for home is to buy special plastic plates for 300 r and put them under living plates or just hang them. I lived like this for two years)

I have VicFirth stubs at home. I think the cymbals are all about the same. of course, this is a different bounce, but there is no other way. As for the hum of the lower cymbal, a sheet is simply cut and placed between the cymbals. and quietly, and the characteristic sound of the hat remains.

And I have a layer on the Tamovsky set (rubber between two plates. It turns out one between, one on top. It is strange that it is not so everywhere).
