Has anyone dealt with direct drive for cobra?

this thing is custom and very rare. If you do not mind the money, order, you will tell later.

Direct pedal lovers will be happy, I guess.

5000 as it is a pity for such a trifle) it is just possible to make its tax on a cnc machine, but exact dimensions are needed, because autumn has not been enough metal for this business

  • solidator

Anyone with sufficient experience on the machine will estimate the dimensions himself and make a 3D model.

Did you somehow sell a cobra with a stomp drive in the appendage, or am I confusing something?

  • solidator

It was a Mapex Falcon. They make directs a separate option for it. And just falkoms with direct go under the name "Raptor".

then I messed up a little. In any case, tell us about the difference in an identical pedal with different drives. For example, I compared the gibraltar 9611 with dd and a chain, the chain is nicer, softer, and flaws are less felt - on dd, the scanty shaft play is noticeably felt by the feet, on the chain more play is invisible. Plus, subjectively, the chain eats up small shoals, on the dd the pedal gives out what you play, too responsive, it's easier to play on the chain

The strap is very soft and allows you to play very quiet things with excellent control.

    Strongly dampens kickback after impact.

The chain is primarily about power. The double chain makes the pedal even more powerful and robust. Medium dampens kickback.

Direct (direct drive) is speed. Mainly by reducing the return movement of the platform, which with it is even more dependent on the force of pressing. Weakly dampens the recoil in the leg after impact.
