The situation is as follows.
I decided to clean my dishes. A bottle of Dunlop, got lost in the bowels of the Bermuda triangle of my abode and needed a new cleaning agent. Since in our Eburg, music stores do not shine with an assortment, I accidentally purchased Paiste Cymbal Cleaner (this is generally the only one of the funds that was, and delivery, at best, in a month).
And everything would be fine, but my two drummer friends warned me that it was Paiste Cymbal Cleaner that needed to be used ONLY in CONJUNCTION with Paiste Cymbal Protector, otherwise the evil cleaner, removing all the dirt from the piece of iron, removes the protective layer (which supposedly then, ideally, should be restored by the protector), which entails micro-damage / microcracks...
My set includes four plates with Natural coating and two with Brilliant coating.
Question to the experts and users of this cleaner:
1. Will the product be able to harm the plates with a Natural coating, because as far as I know, they do not have any spraying?
2. Is it true that the product will devour the Brilliant coating (spraying) and the plates will no longer pour the tops as before cleaning and delight me with their dazzling beauty and brilliance?
I will be sincerely grateful for good advice. All the best, skill and speed!

Yuzal this cleaner, erases all nafig, including inscriptions) It looks like it is still with an abrasive. I switched to soap, a soft cloth and hot water, although it takes a long time to rub. After washing, I blot it dry with cotton towels, and the remaining moisture quickly evaporates from the hot plate, the main thing is to let it stand in a dry, warm room. There have been no cases of strong oxidation yet, I have been doing this for 7 years, but everything is brilliant.

read the source. This is a concentrate. The pasti website has recommendations on how to clean the plates so as not to persuade.

But what about lemon and ketchp ???

The "coating" of a diamond is not a coating that is applied, it is obtained by a strong polish

The key to success with this cleaner is speed)
The faster you clean and remove it from the surface of the plate, the more you need on it)))
pavel_drumsss
et then it is necessary to clean the musical notation faster ???
a_sharapko
and more carefully than notation) exactly!

How many jokes, where to go. Clean and don’t worry, your acquaintances scared you in vain, for the second year I’ve been cleaning this way and don’t blow into my beard, the inscriptions are intact, the fingerprints disappear. I cleaned both simple PST5 and Brilliant TRX - everything is fine

I have been cleaning them for 3 years. I don't use a protector. I clean both diamond and natural coated plates. I am satisfied with the result, the inscriptions are really erased over time, but in general the norms. Naturally coated dishes after cleaning with a cleaner to make sure I wash them under warm water with a sponge. So clean and do not drive, there will be no cracks from cleaning)))

I've been cleaning like this all my life and without a protector. No complaints. But I do not advise you to rub furiously with all your might on the logos.

In general, there is someone in that much. Someone does not cheat at all, they say, they say, the sound is better. IMHO, it can and has a place for life, not mine. I find it better to clean the dishes quarterly, but with a less harsh cleaner. Last time I decided to try the most generous dunlop. I was satisfied with the result, I did not make much effort, as well as time.

Better lemon, and easier, after several years of using this cleaner I switched to lemon and will not return back
