will the level drop if you don't study for a month and a half?

Good day . the question is: will the level drop dramatically if you do not arrive for the reels for a month or a month and a half?

Yes. I haven't played for a year - consider learning again

It depends on what shape you are in now.
But in general it is undesirable of course.

It depends on what level. Ordinary if - then almost will not fall.

I haven't played live for a month now. Nothing special. A couple of big rehearsals and even better at something. Fresher head)

One and a half too much, of course, but in general, on the contrary, it is worthwhile to periodically, in principle, arrange breaks for a week - like a checkpoint to do so that all the information studied is assimilated, settled)

Legs and hands get heavy if you do not play for a long time. Even after two weeks it is already significant. Then the sensation as if you were under water. On the other hand, rest is good for the head)) And the skill comes back pretty quickly.

It is also important in what technique, style you play, if you are fast and technical chips, you will need to restore your form, but the very feeling of playing from rest becomes fresher if you have a lot of experience in the game and the technique is set correctly - you will recover faster than if you play a little

I broke my leg - I didn’t play for a month 4. I was interrupted by an electronic device at home sometimes - then I just got my sight - I went to the base to record a simple cover, but nothing is played - as if I changed it ... somehow I wrote something down, I realized that I had to do it regularly.

The technique will fall, but the head will remain))) and more ... One smart man said: - "If I don't do it for a day - I notice, if I don't do it for a week - my wife notices, and if I don't do it for a month the audience notices))
From my own experience, I’ll say what it was - I didn’t do it for 4 years, and when I sat down to replace the guys from the group, they said that I played better than from a regular drummer, but this was the groove, and I restored the technique for a year and a half))
