It seems to me that the layers do not have bad models ... You need to see what sound they give, whether you need it or not)

The set stands at the point where several groups are rehearsing. Now the dead layers are standing, I want to renew.

If you liked them, why not?

On the rap, the point is two-layer, any and all ... Sound will still not be there, as the drums are probably budgetary. In general, I heard such an opinion about two-layer plastics "if your wood does not sound, then our plastic will sound." And I consider it a sin to choke a good tree with two layers ...

Remo Power Stroke 3! I put it on cheap Chinese firewood and only with this plastic did they sound. Nice, rounded sound without unnecessary sustain.

Pinstripes or Powerstrokes, if Remo. EC2, Hydraulics or Blatsk Chrome if Evans.

So Evans' J-series seems to be for jazz, these are thin single-layer heads, they seem to have a pitch higher than usual (if I don't confuse), I would not recommend a dot for rap, especially for Gigmaker (as well as for sonor 505.7 and etc. cheap installations), there will be a bunch of overtones, everything will just ring. yes, and the service life is short, soon you just have to change them, the spraying will wear off, the quality will not be the same, they will stop sounding or will be completely torn by somebody. EC2 or Remo Pinstripe and you will be happy.

That's right, this series of single-layer heads is specifically targeted for jazz performers, I advise you to look at a two-layer thread like g2clr or ec2clr
