First, I studied the basics of architectural acoustics in order to thoroughly understand what's what! There was a book at home, but a lot of information! The room can be any, the main principle is a box in a box! a crate is made and the inner sandwich is filled! as a result, we get insulated, soundproof, smooth walls, floor and ceiling! We use a minimum of metal in our work, in my case it was: bars as logs, moisture-resistant osb on the walls and plywood on the ceiling and floor! Sandwich is: two layers of foil insulation, acoustic wool rockwool acoustic butts 10 cm! It is very easy to stretch all the electrics under the crate and remove the sockets and switches where it is convenient for you! The result is a box!

As for the interior decoration, here everyone can experiment endlessly! I used acoustic foam rubber, according to the same principle I cut a bunch of small bars, put 10cm insulation under the fabric, used an army overcoat! The well-known rectangular bass traps are made very simply, the size of acoustic wool is 100x60, we make a frame of this size and cover it with fabric! The upper ones are under the ceiling, the lower ones are twenty cm from the floor. Collect a bunch of used carpets and hang them all over the walls. Lay carpets on the floor. Only the places where the sockets do not touch. You can buy a white isospan for the ceiling, which will also prevent the sound from walking. For percussion, make a small podium of four pallets.
